Tesla - Warehouse 13
By JL Customs
This isn't actually mine, its my wife's. But it lives in the same house as I do, so I will include it here. Mainly because I wish it were mine and this helps feed that delusion.
My wife isn't a prop collector, but she's a Warehouse 13 fan and always really liked this, so I got it for her a few Christmases ago.
This is not the official QMx version that originally retailed for $1400. This came from a very talented guy who is on Facebook as JL Customs. He sold me this partially assembled and I had to supply my own vacuum tubes (which I already had in anticipation of building one of these). It took a couple hours to get it all put together properly, but I ended up saving over $1,000 on it. Yeah, there's a comma in that number.

This is a proper hero-type replica. The QMx version uses plastic recreations of vacuum tubes (which is what was usually used on set, for obvious reasons), but this is all real. Real brass, real aluminum, real copper, real glass. And that's the way I like it. If an item used by a character in a movie is supposed to be metal, I want my replica to really be metal, even if the prop was just painted resin. Yeah, a vacuum tube could break on this thing, but no one is cosplaying with it. It's on display, looking pretty and being handles with a decent amount of care when it's not on display. Not to say we treat it like it's an egg, just that no one is flipping it up in the air and catching it or taking it to a convention hall filled with 5000 people in costumes.
One day, I will make one of these for myself. Until then, I'll have to make do with looking at my wife's longingly.
